Resources We have a number of resources available to help us to provide you with a better service. These include :- Measurement forms that allow you to send us your individual measurements. Measurement forms suitable for printing out and being filled in by costume staff, teachers or parents. These forms contain plenty of instructions to allow non-experts to fill them in, but we do recommend that they are checked by a suitable member of the production or wardrobe staff. Costume planning spreadsheets (Smart Costume Plots) that allow you to explore various costuming options (and their costs) for your production. These spreadsheets allow you to instantly see the effect of an extra set of chorus costumes on the bottom line of your budget. Variations aimed at school and college productions may include the option of allowing actors to supply (for example) their own black trousers, white shirts and blouses. These are sent by e-mail and when completed, can be returned via e-mail to place your order. Basic Costume Plots (not yet spreadsheet based) can be sent by post or e-mail.   Measurement Forms On-line measurement form for professional and semi-professional use - designed for use by schools, colleges and drama and theatrical groups. This form is intended to be filled in on-line, and when completed is e-mailed to us. You also receive a copy, so that you know what you have sent us. We recommend great care when transcribing data to this form! On-line measurement form for individual use - designed for use by individuals or party groups. We recommend great care when transcribing data to this form! Off-line measurement form - designed to be printed out and distributed to your cast for them to complete at their convenience. Instructions are provided that should allow parents to complete the form without problem, although we do recommend that experienced wardrobe staff check the measurements before they are sent to us. These may be faxed back to us or sent via the Royal Mail.. The off-line forms are in Adobe pdf format, so you will need Adobe Reader to view and print it. Note that these versions do not allow you to type in and save the measurements. We are considering a version of the off-line measurement form that would allow you to type in and save the measurements, but our experience so far is that transferring measurements from written sheets to computerised versions introduces typing errors that result in costumes not fitting properly. We would be interested in any feedback on this issue! Costume Plots Costume Plots are documents that specify the different costumes required for a given show and the hire cost of each costume. Please use the form at the foot of the page to request a costume plot. These can be sent via e-mail, fax or Royal Mail depending on the format you request.
